Hello, my name is Eric Rivot, cooking is my job, my passion! !
For over 23 years I am Chef in our beautiful region from Nice, in France or abroad. I enjoy offering innovative cuisine with an emphasis on fresh produce market for their quality and authenticity of their flavors..

The winter season ends.
